About me

Therapy begins with the simple act of being met. I offer a warm collaborative space, where we can explore what is happening in your life, meeting you as a whole person, without judgment. It is a place to arrive as you are and find what you need.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on different theories which allow me to adapt to your personal needs and goals. I provide a safe environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings, your doubts and fears. I work relationally, meaning that I endeavour to establish a real person-to-person relationship with my clients. I believe that to be effective, therapy needs to be based on deep, trusting relationship and the focus is on understanding and empathising with the client's experience. When a trusting relationship is established, then growth and meaningful change happen.

I have many years of professional experience working with the NHS, with different low-cost organisations, and privately.

I work in English, French and Spanish.
