Integrative Psychotherapist

About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist working with adults. My approach to therapy is multifaceted, drawing from a diverse set of modalities tailored to your unique needs.

This may involve the application of CBT techniques, mindfulness practices, bodywork, and psychodynamic insights.
My specialisation encompasses a variety of areas, some of which include anxiety, panic, burnout, perfectionism, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, negative core beliefs, feelings of being “stuck” in life, and navigating complex relational dynamics and family issues.

In our therapeutic space, I foster a creative and collaborative environment where we will explore your present experiences while considering how your past may have shaped you as an individual.

Together, we will work towards healing, enabling you to regain a sense of empowerment and the ability to embrace life's full potential.

I consider the therapeutic relationship to be the cornerstone of successful therapy.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are in your journey and create a nurturing environment where you can openly express yourself with ease.
Thought processes and emotions can often run wild in our minds. We can lose any sense of hope and feel like it is not worth living any more. In therapy we will gently explore and untangle these difficult emotions, as well as the pain that might be festering from deep within. Together we will peel back the many layers that life has placed upon you and recover the truest parts of yourself that may have been affected along the way.

I fully appreciate that reaching out for therapy can be scary and in some cases quite daunting but I can assure you that we will always work at a pace that makes you feel comfortable.

The first session is a brief online assessment which lasts around 20-30 minutes and is free of charge. During this time you will be able to share your reasons for coming to therapy as well as any goals you would like to work towards. You will also have the opportunity here to ask any questions.

This session will help me to figure out whether I am the right therapist to be able to work with you and also helps you to decide whether you would like to work with me.
