About me
Thank you for visiting my page. It can take a great deal of courage to reach out for help, so hello.
I offer psychotherapy to both adolescents and adults. I am particularly interested in challenges that result in relationship issues and the impact that emotions can have on self-esteem.
I have spent much of my career helping people to grow and achieve their potential and have witnessed that people can overcome adversity and particularly stressful periods in their life by committing to therapeutic work.
If you need to know something that isn’t here please do drop me an email and I will endeavour to reply to you as soon as I can.
I have had extensive training including a Master's degree in Psychotherapy. My own experiences relating to family dynamics, a career in the mental health sector, motherhood, relationships and loss are reflected and undoubtedly beneficial in the way I work.
Professionally, I have a breadth of counselling experience working with adolescents and adults who have sought therapy while grappling with a range of challenges impacting their lives. I have also worked extensively with family carers who can, for example, feel isolated, depressed, stressed, anxious, resentful or angry. In addition to Therapy Spaces Putney, I have a practice in Twickenham and will also be opening a practice in Esher in early 2024.

Jennifer's Client Testimonials
“I must admit that I felt sceptical about therapy, but my weekly sessions with Jennifer really changed things around for me. I had carried so many burdens around with me for so long relating back to my childhood, and although I still have a long way to go, Jennifer has helped me so much to lighten my load and see things through a different lens.”
"I have never been one to talk openly about emotions, so it took time for me to do this. Talking to Jen each Thursday has been really liberating, and I can face things much better now. I was really lost and low when I started therapy, but I am slowly finding my way through.
Thanks Jen.”
