About me
I specialise in supporting individuals to let go of fear, shame and self-doubt. My approach is integrative, which means I combine both psychological, behavioural and spiritual-based interventions to meet your specific needs. The main psychological approach I draw from is Schema therapy. In addition, I am trained in integral eye movement therapy (IEMT), a wonderful approach that greatly alleviates anxiety.
I have extensive experience working in both the NHS and the corporate/private sector as well as facilitating groups and workshops.
With all that said, the most important factor in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I therefore always recommend having an initial telephone call, to ensure I am a good fit for you at this time.

Fees
Each session is 50 minutes long. I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone consultation to ensure my approach is a good fit for your needs. I offer both short and long-term therapy but I normally recommend at least six sessions of weekly therapy to start. Fees are discussed during the initial telephone call.
