About me

I work with clients often between the ages of 25-50 who are struggling with issues around bereavement, trauma and low self-esteem. I have helped previous clients weather the storm of grieving, reduce the potency of traumatic triggers and work to improve self-esteem by making better, more aligned choices in their lives. I work Monday - Thursday in person and online and I am based in Putney and Clapham Junction.

Good therapy can be life-changing. Taking the step to invest in your well-being is a wonderful way to take responsibility for your life, and positively impact those around you. Even if you’ve experienced deep hardship, there is always potential for life to improve. Many of the limitations we face can be shifted through changes in perception, reflection, and self-understanding.

Our sessions aim to understand what your experience means, and from there we can discuss deeper patterns of behaviour or processing that could be altered to improve symptoms, triggers or pain.

I hope to ensure our sessions are both effective and meaningful. Whether we're addressing specific goals or exploring deeper issues, our collaboration is essential for achieving the results you want.
