About me
Hi, I'm Megan, I completed my training as a Psychosexual, Relationship & Couples Therapist in the NHS Sexual Health Service and offer online and in-person therapy from my private practice. I am a qualified Sex, Relationship & Couples Therapist, and it is my privilege to support you in working through tricky and sensitive subject matter. I offer a free 15 minute call for us to say hello, for you to decide if I am the right therapist for you and to ask any questions you may have.
Challenges in our sexual and intimate lives can feel hard to talk about. You can be left feeling embarrassed, ashamed, feeling as though you're not good enough, lonely, misunderstood and deeply distressed. Whether you are an individual or couple grappling with sexual concerns, looking to rediscover intimacy and connection or navigating major life transitions know that you're not alone.
It can feel uncomfortable talking about sex and your relationship difficulties and while our discussions may present challenges, I will navigate them with gentle guidance, empathy, and sometimes a touch of humour. My approach is tailored to you and your reason for attending therapy. I'm here to support you every step of the way. My commitment is to create a warm, confidential and compassionate space where you feel heard, seen and understood without fear of judgement or shame, helping you to overcome your sexual difficulties and relationship challenges so you can move towards a joyful sex life, and deeper relationship whatever that may mean for you.
