About me
I am a registered psychodrama psychotherapist with the UKCP, BPA and abide by their code of ethics. My approach to psychotherapy is based on the values of creativity and spontaneity, underpinned by psychodynamic and existentialist thinking.
I can speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin, offering both remote and in-person sessions.
Also open to setting-up ongoing groups and taster workshops, allowing participants to explore through action methods.
Since 2022, I become the co-director of True Heart Theatre (Registered Charity No. 1147657), which is passionate about extending services to communities and schools through applied theatre and performing arts.
